When I opened my first restaurant, I got a little too concerned about making a profit and I forgot about the importance of serving quality dishes. In order to save a little cash, I decided to use food suppliers that were cheaper, but that weren't necessarily offering me the best products. Unfortunately, after awhile, I realized that my customers noticed my mistake. People started mentioning the need for better ingredients, and I decided that it might be in my best interest to make things right. I started interviewing different suppliers, and soon I found a better company to work with. You wouldn't believe the difference it made. My blog is designed to help other new restauranteurs avoid the mistakes that I made in my earlier days.
